MySouthway is for all Southway tenants

Important update 16/12/2025: You can now check your rent account online again

We've been able to re-open many parts of our Customer Portal that we had to take offline due to work to upgrade our IT systems to serve you better.

You can do almost all of the things you could previously do on the portal, including checking your rent account and finding your tenancy reference number so you can make a payment.

We're continuing the work we're doing to upgrade our systems and we're sorry that this means you still can't report a repair. If you need to do this we’re still here to help:
